Since founding The Ladder Group (now just Ladder!), our focus has been on doing early careers properly. That means creating incredible opportunities for everyone by delivering exceptional early talent strategies and genuinely engaging recruitment campaigns – all driven by a mission to embed social mobility at the heart of what we do.

Joining Unseen is a significant step for us in our journey, and we chose to join the Group because of how closely their mission and capabilities aligned with ours. Unseen brings the assessment science that makes hiring decisions fair and defensible, the technology that lets programmes run at scale, and the storytelling capability that helps employers show candidates who they really are.
